Account Information: Your contact information is pulled in automatically from your User profile. If you want to be reached at an alternative phone number, please select the “other” button and fill in the “other phone” field

Spot Notification: Enter the email addresses that should receive delivery notification of completed production. Your most recent email address(es) are remembered and auto-populated for you. Be sure to remove any addresses you do not want to receive notification.

Script & Production Elements: If your script is saved as a document (.doc, .docx., rtf., pdf, etc.) you can attach it here. Or if you prefer, you can type or paste your script into the script box provided for you. Submit as many scripts as you wish with one single request! Simply click the “add” button to expand the upload box for attaching multiple files. This is also where you can attach reference files. (There is a 100 MG file size limit for files)

Production Notes: This is where you provide the details! Tell us your talent choice(s), timing, read direction, etc. If you are ever unsure about what needs to be included in this area, there are helpful tips just to the right.

Needed By: If your production needs are urgent and same day delivery of your request is required, we are happy to provide that service free of charge. We ask that you check the “Same Day” button so we are able to prioritize your order. Be sure to check the talent availability link provided to you on the form to ensure the talent is available!

Begin Production: The buttons here are determined by your account status. If you are an established customer with account terms for monthly invoicing, you have the default option of instructing us to begin production immediately, or you have the option to request a cost estimate. Selecting the option to receive a cost estimate will ensure we await your approval on the cost before starting production. If your account is pre-pay status, then you are required to submit payment for your request before we begin production. For that reason, you do not see a button selection here for the options described above. We'll send you notification for payment after we review your request.

Pre-Authorize: You will see this feature only if you have a credit card(s) saved to your profile. Selecting this box indicates that we have permission to charge the credit card you selected immediately for your request.

Submit My request: After clicking the “submit my request” button, you will see a confirmation screen to confirm that we received your request.
